At Mission 1:17, we are committed to handling your generosity with integrity, accountability, and transparency. We strive to use every gift wisely and prayerfully, so that the resources God provides can make the greatest possible impact for His Kingdom. We want our supporters to have confidence that their giving is being stewarded responsibly and directed toward the work of ministry.

Mission 1:17 is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This status reflects our commitment to operating as a legitimate nonprofit organization and maintaining the accountability and reporting requirements that come with it.

93% of Funds Goes to the FieldÂ
We are committed to making every dollar count. Currently, 93% of the funds entrusted to Mission 1:17 go directly to the field, supporting the ministries and communities we are called to serve. This is made possible in large part because all of our staff members currently serve as volunteers, allowing us to keep administrative expenses low and maximize the resources available for ministry.Â
Professional Financial OversightÂ
Another way we demonstrate our commitment to transparency and faithful stewardship is by partnering with Water’s Edge, an accounting firm that specializes in serving nonprofit organizations. Their experience in nonprofit accounting provides an added level of professional oversight and accountability as we manage the resources entrusted to Mission 1:17. We believe that seeking professional guidance is an important part of being good stewards. By having our accounting handled by experienced professionals who understand the unique reporting and requirements of nonprofit organizations, we can maintain accurate financial records, practice responsible financial management, and remain accountable to our donors and supporters.
